HSINCHU, TAIWAN: ChipMOS Technologies (Bermuda) Ltd announced that its subsidiaries' facilities and factories were safe from the flood brought by the typhoon which struck Taiwan during August 7-9.
ChipMOS' factories were not impacted by the flood and are operating normally at present.
